Part of a Bigger Story...

It has been something to look at the beginnings of my career at this time in my life and career. As the journalist Ellen Goodman wrote, we start off thinking of life as a sprint, soon realizing it is a marathon, before finding out that it is a relay. 

In the early stages of my career I didn't think much about Mike Kirkland, the fellow I replaced in The Brothers Four. Thankfully eventually I realized all the ways we had been and continue to be connected. We became good friends and sang together at my college graduation in 2019.
