Lewis and Clark High School 60th Reunion
Lewis and Clark HS Commons, Spokane WA, August 9th

A few years ago I wrote a number of songs for my high school classmates. You can find recordings of the songs on this website along with the Podcast series Class of 65. On August 9th as part of our 60th Class Reunion there will be a concert at Lewis and Clark High School in the Commons. The group I sang with in high school will be joining me for a few songs. We’ve sent out invitations to other classes we went to high school with to be part of this event. All are welcome. It will be a special afternoon of reuniting, music and memories.
Concert Celebrating John Paine
The Brothers Four, Bay Club, Port Ludlow WA, September 1st

John Paine was my longtime singing partner, friend, and neighbor. On Saturday night September 20th the Brothers Four will be celebrating John Paine's life in a special concert in Port Ludlow. John and his wife Gail called Port Ludow home for more than 40 years. They were married on the beach. My wife, Pat, and I have had the good fortune to live next door to them for more than twenty years.
Celebrating 60 Years of Singing
Mark Pearson & Mike McCoy, Kirkland Performance Center, November 6th
On November 16th at the Kirkland Performance Center Mike McCoy and I will celebrate 60 years of friendship and musical partnership. We started singing in college. Along with a couple of other friends we represented the University of Washington in Your All-American Talent Show. That is the show that introduced Karen and Richard Carpenter to the world. We lost to them in the finals.
When I joined the Brothers Four in 1969 the college group broke up, but McCoy and I never stopped singing. Over the years we have done a lot of recording and performing. In 2004 McCoy joined me in the Brothers Four.
It is our friendship that I treasure the most. A friendship filled with songs and stories we will be sharing one more time on the stage in Kirkland in November.
