Magic Carpet

This is a song that I wrote for my high school friend and first singing parter, Dan Eaton.  McCoy made the song his own in a Seattle concert at Meany Hall in 1983.  A recording of that performance is available on the "Between Friends" CD.  This December 2010 video is a special moment.  A few months earlier McCoy had surgery that successfully removed a benign growth from his vocal cords.  His performance assures me he is "back."
