"I Tried Not Falling in Love"

In the spring of 1978 a young Swiss artist, Suzanne Klee, recorded “I Tried Not Falling in Love” for her debut album. The song became her first single. She sang it that summer at a music festival in Japan.
That summer I was in a songwriter’s workshop with Hap Palmer. Suzanne Klee had also recorded one of his songs for that album. The small world of LA.
Suzanne Klee has a website. http://www.suzanneklee.ch/. I visited it recently and found her recording is still available as part of a compilation CD called “My Early Collection.”
