Happy Earth Day, Everyone

As a group The Brothers Four choose to be non-political. When people come to a Brothers Four performance they know they are leaving any controversy and conflict behind to spend an evening sharing the joy and wonder of the American Songbook.
There is one subject the group does address with a clear voice. Individually and together we believe the earth is a magical place and each of us a caretaker of our precious planet for the short time we inhabit it. Over the years Bob Flick has written special songs that talk about our relationship with our universal home. One is called “The Winds of Green.” Another is entitled “Big Blue Ball.” We debuted these songs at The Flowers and Green Expo in Osaka, Japan in 1990 and at Expo 2005 in Nagoya, Japan. It feels appropriate and important to share them today.

Hope you enjoy the songs…and Happy Earth Day, everyone!
