This video is from my college graduation in 2019, 54 years after I took my first class at the University of Washington. In the first five minutes of the video I talk about all the "trail guides" my generation was given as we were entering adulthood. I go on to ask what "trail guides" we will be leaving behind.
The song that is part of this question - part of this story - says, "love is the question, love is the answer, love is the reason, and you are the one." In other words I believe the answer or answers to that question need to come from a place of love and grace.
