Dear Partner Letter #22: Try to Remember

Songs & Stories From Home Episode 82

TRY TO REMEMBER

Try to remember the kind of September
When life was slow and oh so mellow
Try to remember the kind of September
When grass was green and grain was yellow
Try to remember the kind of September
When you were a tender and callow fellow
Try to remember and if you remember
Then follow…

Dear Partner,

That’s the first verse of The Brothers Four singing Try to Remember. In 2004 you took John Paine’s place in the group and you and I began standing next to each other singing that song and so many others on stages all over the world. This week’s Dear Partner letter will be a short one, more of a note, saying that in the coming weeks I look forward to sharing that part of our journey, all it’s meant and continues to mean.
